The Detroit Graduate Chapter is building the Groove Community Campus -- a transformative hub for workforce development, financial literacy, and community empowerment on Detroit's west side.

The cornerstone of the Groove Community Campus. A 1.5-story brick building serving as the operational headquarters for the Detroit Graduate Chapter and the Great Lakes Region. Approximately 2,500 sq ft main structure with a 265 sq ft addition and 2-car garage.
The CashFlow Quadrant

A dedicated space for workforce development, financial literacy education, and wealth creation programs. This property will house training facilities and community resources designed to build economic self-sufficiency across Southeast Michigan.
The Groove BnB

A commercial hospitality venture designed to generate sustainable revenue that funds campus programs and community initiatives. This property represents the chapter's commitment to self-sustaining community development.
